About Last Night: RadioLoveFest Opening Night Party

RadioLab host Jad Abumrad speaks with fans at the RadioLoveFest opening night party.
Wednesday night's RadioLab performance marked the opening of the inaugural RadioLoveFest at BAM. And while Jad Abumrad and Robert Krulwich were discussing lies onstage in front of a sold-out audience, the Lepercq space was abuzz with preparations for the afterparty.

Party-goers enjoy a custom cocktail, the "Easy Landing."

Many of the RadioLoveFest artists were there, including Abumrad, Krulwich, and the incomparable Reggie Watts, center.
Delta Airlines, the party sponsor and official airline of RadioLoveFest, brought in their own bar for the occasion, and featured a special cocktail, aptly called the “Easy Landing.” They also brought in a photo booth and gave out individual audio speakers to guests.

The photo booth was a big hit.
BAM would like to thank Delta Airlines and WNYC Public Radio.

The writing team for Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me showed up wearing hats. No one was really sure why.
