  1. Things were fine until the show ended and I went to take the escalator to the bathrooms. I was told I could not, that I had to take the elevator (they had long lines) or the stairs, which I did to the third floor!! It was a fucking outrage that I could not, after paying $170 for two tickets, use the simplest BAM bathroom at the end of the show. I don't care if you have special events; you need to manage them better. I felt like a second class person, and I am still really angry. I came from around Columbia University and was treated like a homeless person. Amazing, frankly, that this is allowed.

    1. The escalator is configured to go down at the end of the show, obviously to facilitate the quick exit of the crowd. What do you expect, for them to reverse it just for you? Get over yourself. There are real injustices in life. The money you spent - which we all paid too, by the way - doesn’t entitle you to be a jerk. No need to be treated like a second class citizen when your behavior here is so classless.

      The show was lovely!
