  1. Pretentious and incomprehensible.

  2. I'm confident Albert Einstein would have loved this piece! With deft use of lighting, it achieves that Einsteinian effect of human interaction frozen in the fourth dimension of time. Taking clips from daily life, it develops a startling drama all its own, transforming the ordinary into the cosmic.

  3. Saw it last night and was really blown away. It was both thrilling and challenging On the one hand, it was like an otherworldly hallucinatory experience...almost like magic. On the other hand, it raised provocative questions about the nature of perception, memory, and reality. I loved the decision at the end of the piece to reveal how the illusion of people discontinuously jumping from one place to another was pulled off. One of the more amazing pieces of work that I've seen at Next Wave and I've been going regularly since 1985. When I came home I was planning to urge my friends to see it so that we could discuss it but, alas, the rest of the run was completely sold out. I had never heard of Andrew Schneider before...now I have to put his work on my must-see list (like Robert Lepage).
