ReplyDeleteFabulous performance! Bravo to Mssrs Mehldau and Thile, Nonesuch and BAM. The music was a wonderful repertoire of old and new, blues, bluegrass and jazz, played and sung by enormous talents with full engagement of heart and soul.
ReplyDeleteAn absolutely spectacular performance! Deeply moving. We wanted to take it home with us. I'd love to see a whole series of "live at BAM" recordings. Come on nonsuch, what are you waiting for???
