The White Album was a very welcoming surprise. The acting, the stage design and the directing is very well done. I highly recommend it!
ReplyDeleteThe singer was quite good, but using the actual music from the period would have been much more evocative due to the unique late 60s “wall of sound” style. Though that might be prohibitively expensive. The main narrator was OUTSTANDING. All in all, enjoyable and thoughtful.
ReplyDeleteSpectacular production. Incredibly well staged and directed. Flawless performance by Mia Barron...all those lines she memorized and delivered with brilliance and soul!!! And the Q and A after was a crowning touch. A perfect evening at the theatre!
ReplyDeleteVisually interesting effort. Actress playing narrator was excellent.
